กองอาคารสถานที่ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างเพิ่มเติมในพื้นที่กลุ่มหอพักและพื้นที่สำคัญภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ดังนี้
โซนประตู 3 บริเวณทางแยกประตู 3 ดำเนินการติดตั้งเสาไฟถนน จำนวน 3 ต้น บริเวณลานกิจกรรมประตู 3 ติดตั้งเสาไฟไฮแมสท์ (High-Mast) แบบส่องสว่างรอบทิศทาง 360 องศา จำนวน 1 ต้น และตลอดแนวถนนทางเข้าหอพักนิสิต มพ. 1, 2 และ 3 จนถึงบริเวณโรงผลิตน้ำประปา แห่งที่ 2 จำนวน 20 ต้น เพื่อให้แสงสว่างครอบคลุมพื้นที่โดยรอบได้อย่างทั่วถึง และเพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้เส้นทางดังกล่าวมากยิ่งขึ้น
บริเวณเส้นทางลัดขึ้นสู่หอพักนิสิต มพ. 12, 13 และ 14 กองอาคารสถานที่ ได้ทำการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างจำนวน 12 ต้น พร้อมซ่อมแซมเส้นทางเดินลัดให้มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรงและปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น และพื้นที่บริเวณลาน ฮ. ชั่วคราว ได้ทำการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟลัดไลท์ (Flood Light) 3 ดวง จำนวน 3 ต้น เพื่อรองรับการจัดกิจกรรมและการใช้พื้นที่ในช่วงเวลากลางคืน และเพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้เส้นทาง
The Division of Buildings and Facilities, University of Phayao, has installed additional electrical lighting systems in the dormitory areas and key zones within the university, as follows:
Gate 3 Zone: At the Gate 3 intersection, 3 street light poles were installed. At the Gate 3 activity plaza, 1 high-mast light pole with omnidirectional illumination was installed. Along the entire road leading to UP Dormitories 1, 2, and 3, through to the Second Waterworks Production Plant, 20 light poles were installed to ensure comprehensive lighting coverage of the surrounding area and to enhance the safety of all road users.
Shortcut Path to UP Dormitories 12, 13, and 14, The Division of Buildings and Facilities installed 12 lighting poles along the shortcut path leading to the dormitories, and also repaired the pathway to improve its structural integrity and safety. At the Temporary Helipad area, 3 flood light poles, each equipped with 3 flood light fixtures, were installed to support nighttime activities and area utilization, and to enhance the safety of users in the vicinity.
