วันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 กองอาคารสถานที่ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ร่วมกับสำนักงานความปลอดภัย องค์การสงเคราะห์ทหารผ่านศึก จัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมทบทวนเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 เพื่อทบทวนองค์ความรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยให้มีความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ
ในการนี้ กองอาคารสถานที่ได้มอบหมายให้ นายชลธร ทวีกุล หัวหน้างานความปลอดภัย เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้สามารถดูแลความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของบุคลากร นิสิต และผู้มาติดต่อภายในมหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การฝึกอบรมได้รับการสนับสนุนวิทยากรจากโรงเรียนรักษาความปลอดภัย องค์การสงเคราะห์ทหารผ่านศึก (อผศ.) โดยเน้นการทบทวนความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงาน อาทิ การรักษาความปลอดภัยบุคคลสำคัญ (VIP) การเสริมสร้างสมรรถภาพทางร่างกายและจิตใจ การปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น และการรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉิน เพื่อยกระดับการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการรักษาความปลอดภัย
การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถ และคงไว้ซึ่งมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการ และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้านความปลอดภัยแก่บุคลากร นิสิต และผู้มาติดต่อภายในมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พร้อมสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยสู่มาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างยั่งยืน
On July 15, 2026, the Division of Building and Facilities at University of Phayao, in collaboration with the Security Office of the War Veterans Organization of Thailand, organized the 2026 refresher training activity for security personnel. The activity aimed to review knowledge and enhance the capabilities of security personnel, ensuring their readiness to perform duties in accordance with professional standards.
On this occasion, the Division of Building and Facilities assigned Mr. Chalatorn Taweekul, Head of the Security Section, to preside over the opening of the training activity. He emphasized the importance of enhancing the capabilities of security personnel to ensure the effective protection of life and property for staff, students, and visitors within the university.
The training was supported by instructors from the Security Training School of the War Veterans Organization of Thailand (WVO), focusing on reviewing knowledge and skills essential for job performance, including VIP security, physical and mental fitness enhancement, basic first aid, and emergency response. The training aimed to elevate operational efficiency in accordance with security standards.
This activity aimed to develop the knowledge and capabilities of security personnel, enhance service efficiency, and build confidence in safety and security among staff, students, and visitors at the University of Phayao, while maintaining operational standards. It also supported the university's efforts toward sustainable security standards.
