วันศุกร์ที่ ๑๗ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๙ กองอาคารสถานที่ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุวิทย์ ปัญญาวงศ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายสิ่งแวดล้อมและภูมิทัศน์, นายณัฐวุฒิ สมยาโรน ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี, นายจีระวัฒน์ หมั่นงาน ผู้อำนวยการกองอาคารสถานที่ พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้างานและบุคลากร เข้าร่วม พิธีบวงสรวงสมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช พิธีบำเพ็ญกุศลอุทิศถวายแด่สมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช และพิธีวางพานพุ่ม เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ ๑๖ ปีแห่งการสถาปนามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ณ ลานพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์สมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
พิธีดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อแสดงความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณและน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหาวีรกรรมของสมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช ผู้ทรงเป็นวีรกษัตริย์ผู้กอบกู้เอกราชของชาติไทย อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเสริมสร้างความเป็นสิริมงคลแก่ประชาคมมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เนื่องในวาระครบรอบ ๑๖ ปีแห่งการสถาปนามหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีนายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา อธิการบดี คณะผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนหน่วยงานภายนอก ตลอดจนบุคลากรและนิสิต เข้าร่วมพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
การเข้าร่วมพิธีในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือของกองอาคารสถานที่ในการร่วมสืบสานขนบธรรมเนียม ประเพณี และกิจกรรมสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมร่วมแสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดี ความกตัญญูกตเวที และการธำรงไว้ซึ่งคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์ ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการหล่อหลอมจิตสำนึกของบุคลากรและนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
The Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, joined the Ceremony to Pay Homage to King Naresuan the Great and the Wreath-Laying Ceremony, on the occasion of the 16th Anniversary of the Founding of the University of Phayao.
On Friday, July 17, 2026, the Division of Building and Facilities, University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape; Mr. Nattawut Somyarone, Assistant to the President; and Mr. Jeerawat Manngan, Director of the Division of Building and Facilities, together with section heads and personnel, joined the Ceremony to Pay Homage to King Naresuan the Great, the Merit-Making Ceremony Dedicated to King Naresuan the Great, and the Wreath-Laying Ceremony, on the occasion of the 16th Anniversary of the Founding of the University of Phayao, at the Plaza of the Royal Monument of King Naresuan the Great, University of Phayao.
This ceremony was held to express gratitude for the royal grace and pay homage to the great deeds of King Naresuan the Great, the heroic monarch who liberated the Thai nation's sovereignty, as well as to enhance auspiciousness for the University of Phayao community on the occasion of the 16th Anniversary of the Founding of the University. The Chairman of the University of Phayao Council, the President, the executive board, heads of government agencies, representatives of external organizations, as well as personnel and students, attended the ceremony in full force.
Participation in this ceremony reflects the collaboration of the Division of Building and Facilities in helping to preserve the customs, traditions, and important activities of the university, while also expressing loyalty and gratitude, and helping to preserve historical, religious, and cultural values that serve as an important foundation in shaping the consciousness of the personnel and students of the University of Phayao.
