On
Thursday, July 16, 2026, the Division of Building and Facilities, University of
Phayao, joined the ceremony on the occasion of the 16th Anniversary of the
Founding of the University of Phayao, under the concept "16 Good Stories
Toward Sustainability," and viewed the exhibition "16 Good Stories,
16 Years of the University of Phayao" at the Office of the President
Building, University of Phayao. The delegation was led by Assistant Professor
Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape; Mr. Natthawut
Somyaron, Assistant to the President; and Mr. Jeerawat Manngan, Director of the
Division of Building and Facilities, together with section heads and personnel.
This
event was organized with the objective of jointly celebrating the 16th
Anniversary of the Founding of the University of Phayao, while conveying
stories of pride, achievement, and the university's development through the
concept "16 Good Stories Toward Sustainability." This concept
reflects the university's progress across all dimensions, including education
management, research, academic services, preservation of arts and culture,
environmental development, and operations in line with the Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs).
The Division of Building and Facilities took part as one of the contributors to this significant celebration, jointly conveying stories of pride and progress through its role in developing public utility systems, landscape, and the environment, serving as another important force supporting the sustainable growth of the University of Phayao. During the event, Assistant Professor Suwit Panyawong, Vice President for Environment and Landscape, shared stories under the topics "From Drought to Flood" and "UP Purple Bus," while Mr. Natthawut Somyaron, Assistant to the President, shared stories under the topics "Kham Mok Luang: The University of Phayao's Tree" and "UP Loves the Planet." These presentations all reflected the university's development concept, linking environmental management, quality-of-life improvement, and the sustainable building of the University of Phayao's identity.
