กองอาคารสถานที่ งานความปลอดภัย มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ดำเนินการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาทางระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยขุดลอกดิน หิน ทราย และตะกอนที่สะสมอยู่ พร้อมกำจัดเศษใบไม้ กิ่งไม้ และสิ่งอุดตันที่กีดขวางการไหลของน้ำ เพื่อให้ระบบระบายน้ำทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความเสี่ยงจากปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง และเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของนิสิต บุคลากร และผู้มาติดต่อภายในมหาวิทยาลัย
การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภคและสภาพแวดล้อมภายในมหาวิทยาลัยที่ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ทางระบายน้ำสามารถรองรับการไหลผ่านของน้ำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลดการสะสมของสิ่งอุดตัน และเสริมสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่สะอาด ปลอดภัย และเอื้อต่อการใช้งานของทุกคน

The Division of Building and Facilities, Safety and Security Section, University of Phayao, continuously carries out maintenance of drainage channels in various areas throughout the university. This includes dredging accumulated soil, rocks, sand, and sediment, as well as clearing fallen leaves, branches, and other debris obstructing the flow of water, in order to keep the drainage system functioning efficiently, reduce the risk of flooding problems, and enhance safety for students, staff, and visitors traveling within the university.
This work is part of the university's ongoing maintenance of its public utility systems and surrounding environment. It ensures that drainage channels can accommodate the flow of water efficiently, reduces the buildup of obstructions, and fosters a clean, safe environment conducive to use by everyone.
